HIGHLEVEL

HighLevel Pricing: Plans, Costs and Which Fits

HighLevel currently lists three main self-serve plans: Starter at $97/month, Unlimited at $297/month and Agency Pro at $497/month, plus annual billing options and a custom Enterprise tier.

HighLevel Starter: $97/month

Starter currently includes three sub-accounts, unlimited contacts, unlimited users, 24/7 support and core platform features. HighLevel lists an annual price of $970. It fits a single business, solo marketer or very small agency that can operate within the three-sub-account limit.

HighLevel Unlimited: $297/month

Unlimited currently includes everything in Starter plus unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access and phone/email rebilling without markup. HighLevel lists $2,970 annually. For agencies, the key economic change is removing the three-sub-account ceiling.

HighLevel Agency Pro: $497/month

Agency Pro currently includes everything in Unlimited plus SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, phone/email rebilling with markup, user/agent reporting and advanced API access. HighLevel lists $4,970 annually. This tier is aimed at agencies building a software-style recurring offer.

Enterprise

HighLevel also lists a custom Enterprise tier for high-volume businesses and agencies. Because pricing and terms are customized, buyers need to speak with HighLevel rather than infer Enterprise economics from the self-serve plans.

Usage-based costs

Phone, messaging, AI and certain premium actions can create variable cost. HighLevel's September 2026 AI documentation describes pay-per-use and subscription options and warns that model/provider pricing can change. Agencies should review in-app billing settings before quoting client margins.

Starter vs Unlimited

The practical question is client/location count. If three sub-accounts are enough, Starter may cover the required platform. If an agency expects to manage more, Unlimited changes the economics because HighLevel currently lists unlimited sub-accounts.

Unlimited vs Agency Pro

Pro is justified by a different operating model rather than simply more client accounts. SaaS Mode, automated account creation, advanced API access and markup-based rebilling matter when the agency intends to package platform access as a product.

Budgeting checklist

Estimate base plan, expected messaging/calling volume, AI usage, marketplace or premium actions, implementation time and any migration cost. Then compare that total with the subscriptions and integration work HighLevel would replace.
